Dwell Perfect isn’t the company you think we are. We do want your home to be perfect, but we focus on the areas that no one else does.

Behind the walls, below your floors, above your ceiling – that is where we look. When you’re building a new home or doing a full renovation, you have a rare opportunity to put in place measures that you won’t see, but that will keep your home safer, more comfortable, and more durable for years to come.

We’ve all experienced a room that’s never the right temperature, a shower that takes 5 minutes to get hot, or a floor that just won’t stop squeaking. We’ve also seen and heard about people getting taken advantage of by contractors, shoddy work that falls apart just a few years later, or in extreme cases, seen homes destroyed by natural disasters while better ones are still standing.

The work that prevents these problems isn’t sexy. It’s not as fun as picking out tile and countertops and flooring and paint colors. It’s not something you’ll see when you live in the house. Instead, if we’ve done our job right, you’ll never think again about the work that we did because your house will just work. The temperature will always be comfortable and even room to room. You’ll get hot water to the faucet quickly. Your home will be quiet. And, if you get hit by a big storm, your house will feel like a rock.
